Intervention

• The team began training on TopSpin360 in the 2022/23 offseason
• 3 sets of 30 revolutions, twice per week, equalling less than 5-minutes of training per athlete per week

Results

• Zero games missed due to concussion
• Had an outstanding 9-2 2023 conference record
• WON their first ever Mountain West Conference Championship in 2023!
• Before TopSpin360 RPI ranking = 91. Post TopSpin360 RPI ranking = 44. Improvement of 47 places.
