About the Author
Dr. Theo Versteegh, PT, PhD is a physiotherapist and researcher with over 20 years of experience in sports medicine. During his undergraduate studies at Western University, he was a member of the National Championship Mustang football team. In 2010, he earned a Master of Science in Physiotherapy, focusing on dynamic warm-ups for athletes. He later completed his PhD in Physiotherapy in 2016, specializing in neuromuscular training and performance optimization.
